Delivery Timeline

Our custom outfits are crafted with precision and care to ensure a high-quality fit.
If you are ordering a standard size, it will be based on the designer’s size chart. Please place your order according to your general measurements.

Kindly note: Even with standard sizing or custom measurements, most outfits will still require some alterations to achieve your desired shape and fit.

Production timelines typically range from 6 to 14 weeks, depending on the designer and the time of year. We appreciate your patience as your piece is made just for you.

Taxes & Duties

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Notification: You will be notified via text or email when your outfit is ready for pickup or delivery.

Pickup Timeframe: You have 60 days to pick up your item once it arrives at our store. After 60 days, a $100 storage fee will be applied.

Extended Holding Period: If the item remains unclaimed for 180 days, it will be classified as "unclaimed," and the product may no longer be available for pickup.
